วัตถุประสงค์ :

เพื่อสนับสนุนอุตสาหกรรมการท่องเที่ยวดำน้ำ

เพื่อประชาสัมพันธ์ความงดงามของแหล่งท่องเที่ยวใต้ทะเล

เพื่อเปิดโอกาสให้นักท่องเที่ยวที่รักการถ่ายภาพได้มีโอกาสแสดงฝีมือในการถ่ายภาพ

เพื่อสร้างจิตสำนึกในการอนุรักษ์ทรัพยากรและสัตว์น้ำใต้ทะเล

Portfolio (เป็นชุดภาพที่เปิดกว้างให้ผู้ส่งสามารถนำชุดภาพมาเล่าเรื่องราว หรือแสดงถึงความหลากหลายในผลงานในจำนวน 5 ภาพ)

Human / Nature Award (ภาพที่สื่อถึงมนุษย์กับธรรมชาติ ซึ่งอาจจะเป็นมุมมองความสวยงามด้านบวก หรือด้านลบที่มนุษย์มีผลต่อธรรมชาติ)

ไฟล์ขนาด 200 dpi ในรูปแบบ .jpg หรือ .tiff เท่านั้น

หมายเหตุ :

การประกวดทุกประเภทไม่จำกัดประเภทของกล้อง

ภาพที่ส่งเข้าประกวดจะต้องเป็นภาพที่ถ่ายไว้ในระยะเวลาที่กำหนด คือ ตั้งแต่วันที่ 1 พฤศจิกายน พ.ศ. 2563 ถึงวันที่ 16 เมษายน พ.ศ. 2566 ยกเว้นประเภท Portfolio ซึ่งไม่มีการจำกัดระยะเวลา

Human / Nature Award (Photographs should focus on relationship between human and nature, which can either reflect on a positive side about underwater beauty or a negative effect by human involvement.)

Contest Materials :

Image file must be at least 200 dpi with .jpg or .tiff only.

Remarks :

All types of contests are unrestricted camera model.

Qualified photos for this contest must be taken from 1 November 2020 to 16 April 2023, except for any portfolio categories without restricted period.

กติกา และ กฎเกณฑ์ในการตัดสิน

กติกาการสมัครเข้าแข่งขัน
1. การประกวดการถ่ายภาพทุกประเภทภายในงาน Thailand Dive Expo 2023 นี้เปิดกว้างสำหรับนักถ่ายภาพในทุกระดับชั้น
2. เจ้าหน้าที่บริษัท NCC (ผู้จัดงำน), คณะกรรมการ, Guest Speaker และผู้เกี่ยวข้องกับการจัดการประกวดภาพถ่ายครั้งนี้ไม่ได้รับอนุญาตให้ส่งภาพเข้าร่วมประกวด
3. ผู้เข้าร่วมประกวด 1 ท่าน สามารถรับรางวัลได้เพียง 1 รางวัลต่อ 1 ประเภทของการประกวดเท่านั้น โดยผู้ ที่ได้รับหลายรางวัลจะถูกเสนอให้รับรางวัลที่สูงสุดเพียงรางวัลเดียวเท่านั้น
4. ผู้ที่ส่งภาพเข้าประกวดจะต้องเป็นผู้ถ่ายภาพนั้นๆ ด้วยตนเอง ห้ามนาภาพของผู้อื่นมาส่งหรือส่งในนามผู้อื่นโดยเด็ดขาด
5. ภาพที่ส่งเข้าประกวดจะต้องเป็นภาพเชิงสร้างสรรค์ เป็นไปในเชิงอนุรักษ์ และ ไม่ส่งผลกระทบทางลบต่อ สัตว์ และระบบนิเวศทางทะเล
6. ผู้เข้าประกวด 1 ท่าน สามารถส่งภาพถ่ายเข้าประกวดรวมทุกประเภทได้ไม่เกินประเภทละ 3 ภาพ ยกเว้นประเภท Portfolio ที่ต้องส่งจำนวน 5 ภาพ
7. ภาพถ่ายที่ส่งเข้าประกวดต้องไม่เคยได้รับรางวัลจากการประกวดใดๆ มาก่อน ไม่ว่าจะเป็นการประกวด ในเวทีสาธารณะ หรือการประกวดภายในของสมาคม ชมรม หรือองค์กรอื่นใด ทั้งนี้ภาพถ่ายดังกล่าว หมายรวมถึงภาพที่ถ่ายในองค์ประกอบที่ใกล้เคียงกัน เช่น การถ่ายภาพในครั้งเดียวกันหลายภาพ การเปลี่ยนองค์ประกอบของภาพเพียงเล็กน้อย การเปลี่ยนภาพจากภาพสีเป็นภาพขาวดำ การคร็อปภาพใหม่ ทั้งนี้ให้ถือเป็นดุลยพินิจของคณะกรรมการตัดสิน
8. ภาพที่ส่งเข้าประกวดจะต้องเป็นภาพที่ถ่ายไว้ในระยะเวลาที่กาหนด คือ ตั้งแต่วันที่ 1 พฤศจิกายน พ.ศ. 2563 ถึงวันที่ 16 เมษายน พ.ศ. 2566 ยกเว้นประเภท Portfolio ซึ่งไม่มีการจากัดระยะเวลา โดยสามารถสมัครและส่งภาพเข้าประกวดได้ถึงวันที่ 18 เมษายน 2566
9. ภาพที่ส่งเข้าประกวดจะต้องไม่มีลายน้ำ หรือ สัญลักษณ์ใดๆ ที่แสดงชื่อของเจ้าของภาพอยู่บนภาพ
10. ผู้ที่ส่งภาพเข้าประกวดจะต้องส่งภาพต้นฉบับมาพร้อมกับภาพที่ส่งเข้าประกวด (โดยแยก Folder ให้ชัดเจนระบุภาพต้นฉบับ) ในกรณีที่คณะกรรมการตัดสินภาพมีข้อสงสัยสามารถเรียกดูจากภาพต้นฉบับได้
11. การตกแต่งภาพ
อนุญาตให้
   1) ปรับแต่ง Color temperature, brightness, contrast, dodge & burn, sharpening, saturation changes, tonal adjustments, Color balance ได้
   2) ลบตะกอนได้ แต่ไม่สามารถลบสิ่งอื่นๆในภาพ
   3) Cropping ได้ไม่เกิน 40% และเมื่อ crop แล้ว ขนาดของไฟล์ภาพต้องไม่ต่ำกว่า 3,000 x 4,000 pixels (อนุโลมเฉพาะกล้องประเภท compact)
   4) การปรับตกแต่งภาพมากเกินไปจากที่กล่าวมาข้างต้น ให้ขึ้นอยู่ในดุลพินิจของคณะกรรมการ
ไม่อนุญาต
   1) ลบ ตัดต่อ แปะ ภาพ บางส่วนจากภาพอื่นมาใส่ในภาพเดียวกัน
   2) ห้ามการถ่ายภาพซ้อน Double Exposures
12. ไฟล์ภาพเข้าประกวดที่ได้รับรางวัลทุกภาพ ถือเป็นกรรมสิทธิ์ของบริษัท เอ็น.ซี.ซี. แมนเนจเม้นท์ แอนด์ดิเวลลอปเม้นท์ จำกัด ในฐานะผู้จัดงาน “Thailand Dive Expo” โดยผู้บันทึกภาพยังคงเป็นเจ้าของลิขสิทธิ์ภาพของตนเองอย่างสมบูรณ์ ทั้งนี้ ผู้จัดงานมีสิทธิ์ในการเผยแพร่ และมอบอานาจในการใช้ภาพถ่ายและชิ้นงานนั้นๆ ในสื่อต่างๆ ทั้งสื่อสิ่งพิมพ์และสื่อออนไลน์ รวมถึงสื่อที่เป็นพันธมิตรและสื่อสนับสนุนการจัดงาน เพื่อวัตถุประสงค์และประโยชน์ในการประชาสัมพันธ์ภาพลักษณ์ขององค์กรและการสื่อสารการตลาด โดยไม่ต้องเสียค่าลิขสิทธิ์ให้แก่เจ้าของภาพถ่าย ซึ่งผู้จัดงานจะแจ้งความจำนง พร้อมระบุชื่อเจ้าของผลงานทุกครั้งที่มีการนาภาพถ่ายนั้นๆ ไปใช้
13. การส่งภาพเข้าร่วมประกวดในครั้งนี้ ให้ถือว่าผู้ส่งภาพเข้าประกวดเข้าใจและตกลงปฏิบัติตามกติกาดังกล่าวข้างต้น
14. การตัดสินของคณะกรรมการให้ถือเป็นที่สิ้นสุด
15. ในกรณีที่ผู้เข้าร่วมประกวดมีข้อร้องเรียนเกี่ยวกับการตัดสิน สามารถทำได้หลังจากประกาศผลการตัดสินสิน ภายใน 3 วัน เท่านั้น

Contest Rules & Regulations

Rules & Regulations
1. TDEX Underwater Photo Contest is open to all, professional and amateur.
2. TDEX Underwater Photo Contest is not open for NCC staff (the "organizer"), judges and guest speakers of TDEX.
3. Each contestant can only win one prize or prize package per one category only. By contestants who have received multiple awards will be offered the highest prize for just one prize only.
4. All Qualified photos must have been taken by the contestant. Do not put a photo of others, send, or submit on behalf of others is strictly prohibited.
5. Photos submitted to the contest must be a possible positive creative conservation and do not affect to marine animals.
6. One contestant can submit 3 photos per category, except for portfolio to the contest in all types of categories. Amounting to not more than 3 photos per category.
7. Photo submitted must not have won any other competitions before, whether public contest or private/ association contest. This includes photos with similar composition, taking multiple photos at the same time, changing the composition of the image only slightly, changing color images into black and white. new crop which will be under contest committee’s consideration.
8. Qualified photos for this contest must be taken from 1 November 2020 to 16 April 2023, except for portfolio category without restricted period. Apply and submit photos to the contest until 18 April 2023.
9. Qualified photos for this contest should not contain any copyright, logo, signs, or watermark on all photos. Photos containing a photographer’s watermark will be disqualified.
10. Photo contestant must provide the raw file (original file) together with photo submitted to the contest file by identify folder as “Original File” to the contest committee for checking processes.
11. Photo retouching
ALLOWED
   1) Color temperature, brightness, contrast, dodge & burn, sharpening, saturation changes, tonal adjustments, color balance.
   2)Removal of backscatter but cannot delete anything else.
   3) Maximum 40% Cropping. And cropping the size of the image file should be no less than 3,000 x 4,000 pixels. (Permitted especially user camera compact about size of photo)
   4) Too much of any retouch of the above will be taken into consideration by the contest committee.
NOT ALLOWED
   1) Cutting and pasting sections of images from other images.
   2) Do not double exposures.
12. N.C.C. Management and Development Co., Ltd. as the Organizer of the “Thailand Dive Expo” holds the sole ownership of all photo files which receive prizes in this contest. However, the copyright belongs to their respective photographers. The Organizer reserves the right to publish and has authority to grant uses of those photos in printed and online/ social media including those of the alliances and supporters of this expo with objectives and benefits to promote its corporate image and marketing communication without any copyright fees to the photographers. The Organizer will inform the photographers of proposes, and give credit titles to them for every use of the selected photos.
13. By submitting to participate in this contest, Contestant shall be deemed to understand and agreed to abide by the rules & regulations mentioned above.
14. The Contest Committee reserves the right of final judgment.
15. In the case of contestant have disputes about the decision. After the announcement can be made within 3 days.

ขั้นตอนการสมัครและการส่งภาพเข้าประกวด

1. ผู้สมัครจะต้องกรอกรายละเอียดในใบสมัครให้ครบถ้วนโดยช่องทำงกำรรับสมัครมี 2 แบบ (กรุณาเลือกอย่างใดอย่างหนึ่ง)

กรอกข้อมูลใบสมัคร พร้อมแนบลิ้งค์ภาพถ่ายผ่านทาง Google Form

แบบที่ 2 :

ดาวน์โหลดแบบฟอร์มใบสมัครจาก www.thailanddiveexpo.com กรอกข้อมูลส่วนตัวและรายละเอียดภาพถ่ายให้ครบถ้วน นำส่งในรูปแบบไฟล์ PDF พร้อมส่งไฟล์ภาพ เป็น Link File : drop box, google drive มาที่ E-mail : neoteam2@nccexhibition.com

หมายเหตุ : โดยไฟล์ภาพที่ส่งต้องเป็นไฟล์ภาพความละเอียดสูงสำหรับพิมพ์ภาพขนาด 8 x 12 นิ้ว และมีความละเอียดไม่ต่ำกว่า 200 dpi ในรูปแบบ .jpg หรือ .tiff และต้องไม่มีลายน้ำ เครดิตภาพ ตัวอักษร หรือกราฟฟิกใดๆ ลงบนภาพรวมทั้งห้ามเว้นขอบภาพเป็นสีขาวหรือสีใดๆ

Contest Application and Photo Submission

1. Applicants must completely fill in the application form, and make submission by one of these methods.

Fill in the online application form, and share your photos on this Google Form

Download the application form at www.thailanddiveexpo.com. Fill in the form completely, and submit the photos with captions in .pdf files. You can share your photos in Link File: Drop box, Google Drive or E-mail : neoteam2@nccexhibition.com

Remark : Photos must be submitted in high quality files (.jpg or .tiff) for print size of 8x12 inches, and the resolution must be at least 200 dpi. Watermark, photo’s credit, alphabets, graphics and borders (white or other colors) are not allowed on the photos.
