เกณฑ์ในการให้คะแนน
Aesthetic : ความสวยงามและการจัดองค์ประกอบศิลป์ (40%)
Technique : เทคนิคการถ่ายภาพ (20%)
Impact : ความน่าสนใจที่ดึงดูดสายตา (20%)
Story telling : การสื่อถึงเรื่องราวและเนื้อหา (10%)
Creativity : ความคิดสร้างสรรค์ (10%)
กฎกติกาในการสมัครเข้าแข่งขัน (กรุณาศึกษาโดยละเอียด)
1. การประกวดวิดีโอนี้ภายในงาน Thailand Dive Expo 2024 เปิดกว้างสำหรับช่างภาพทุกระดับชั้น
2. เจ้าหน้าที่บริษัท เอ็น.ซี.ซี.ฯ (ผู้จัดงาน), คณะกรรมการ, Guest Speaker และผู้เกี่ยวข้องกับการจัดการประกวดภาพถ่ายครั้งนี้ ไม่ได้รับอนุญาตให้ส่งวิดีโอเข้าร่วมประกวด
3. ผู้ที่ส่งวิดีโอเข้าประกวดจะต้องเป็นผู้ถ่ายวิดีโอนั้นๆ ด้วยตนเอง ห้ามนำวิดีโอของผู้อื่นมาส่ง หรือส่งในนามผู้อื่นโดยเด็ดขาด
4. วิดีโอที่ส่งเข้าประกวดต้องมีความยาวไม่น้อยกว่า 15 วินาที และความยาวไม่เกิน 60 วินาที โดยต้องมีสัดส่วนของวิดีโอใต้น้ำไม่ต่ำกว่าครึ่งหนึ่ง
5. วิดีโอที่ส่งเข้าประกวดจะต้องไม่มีลายน้ำ หรือ สัญลักษณ์ใดๆ ที่สื่อถึงเจ้าของภาพ หรือสัญลักษณ์อื่นใดที่แสดงถึงโปรแกรมตัดต่อ หรือ แอพพลิเคชั่นอื่นใดอยู่บนวิดีโอ
6. ผู้ส่งวิดีโอเข้าประกวด 1 ท่าน สามารถส่งวิดีโอเข้าประกวดได้สูงสุด 3 วิดีโอ ทั้งนี้ หากวิดีโอที่ส่งเข้าประกวดได้รับรางวัลมากกว่า 1 รางวัล จะถูกเสนอให้รับรางวัลที่สูงสุดเพียงรางวัลเดียวเท่านั้น
7. วิดีโอที่ส่งเข้าประกวดจะต้องเป็นวิดีโอเชิงสร้างสรรค์ เป็นไปในเชิงอนุรักษ์ และ การถ่ายวิดีโอนั้นต้องไม่ส่งผลกระทบทางลบต่อสัตว์ และระบบนิเวศทางทะเล รวมถึงวิดีโอที่ไม่ส่อไปในทางทารุณกรรมหรือความรุนแรงที่ส่งผลกระทบต่อจิตใจ
8. วิดีโอที่ส่งเข้าประกวดต้องไม่เคยได้รับรางวัลจากการจัดการประกวดโครงการอื่นมาก่อน ไม่ว่าจะเป็นการประกวดในเวทีสาธารณะ หรือการประกวดภายในของสมาคม ชมรม หรือองค์กร
9. วิดีโอที่ถ่ายในสถานที่ควบคุมพิเศษของแต่ละประเทศ หรือเป็นวิดีโอของสัตว์ที่ต้องได้รับการอนุญาตเป็นพิเศษก่อนทำการถ่ายภาพหรือวิดีโอ ผู้ส่งงานเข้าประกวดจะต้องส่งหลักฐานใบอนุญาตของบริษัทนำเที่ยวและ/หรือของผู้ถ่ายภาพ มาประกอบในการส่งงานเข้าประกวดด้วย ทั้งนี้ หากไม่มีเอกสารใบอนุญาตมาประกอบ หรือพบว่ามีการปลอมแปลงเอกสาร หรือเอกสารไม่ถูกต้องตามกฏระเบียบในประเทศที่ทำการถ่ายงาน ทางคณะผู้จัดงานขอตัดสิทธิ์ในการส่งวิดีโอเข้าประกวด
10. หากมีข้อสงสัยคณะกรรมการตัดสินอาจเรียกดูวิดีโอต้นฉบับ ก่อนตัดต่อ และ/หรือ วิดีโอที่ถ่ายในช่วงเวลาติดกัน หากผู้เข้าประกวดไม่สามารถส่งวิดีโอดังกล่าวให้ได้ภายในระยะเวลาที่กำหนด ผู้ส่งเข้าประกวดอาจถูกตัดสิทธิ์จากคณะกรรมการ และ การตัดสินของคณะกรรมการถือเป็นที่สิ้นสุด
11. การตัดต่อวิดีโอ ผู้ส่งเข้าประกวดสามารถส่งวิดีโอแบบคลิปเดี่ยว หรือ วิดีโอที่ตัดต่อแล้วก็ได้ แต่ห้ามมิให้มีการใช้โปรแกรม AI ใดๆ ในการสร้างองค์ประกอบในวิดีโอ (หากตรวจพบจะถูกตัดสิทธิ์จากการเข้าประกวดทันที)
12. ไฟล์วิดีโอที่ส่งเข้าประกวดที่ได้รับรางวัลทุกชิ้น ทางคณะผู้จัดงานถือเป็นกรรมสิทธิ์ของ บริษัท เอ็น.ซี.ซี. แมนเนจเม้นท์ แอนด์ ดิเวลลอปเม้นท์ จำกัด ในฐานะผู้จัดงาน “Thailand Dive Expo” โดยผู้จัดทำวิดีโอยังคงเป็นเจ้าของลิขสิทธิ์วิดีโอของตนเองอย่างสมบูรณ์ ทั้งนี้ ผู้จัดงานมีสิทธิ์ในการเผยแพร่ และมอบอำนาจในการใช้วิดีโอนั้นๆ ในสื่อต่างๆ ของผู้จัดงาน รวมไปถึงสื่อที่เป็นพันธมิตรและสื่อสนับสนุนการจัดงานเพื่อวัตถุประสงค์และประโยชน์ในการประชาสัมพันธ์ภาพลักษณ์ขององค์กรและการสื่อสารการตลาด โดยไม่ต้องเสียค่าลิขสิทธิ์ให้แก่เจ้าของชิ้นงาน ซึ่งผู้จัดงานจะแจ้งความประสงค์ พร้อมระบุชื่อเจ้าของผลงานทุกครั้งก่อนที่จะมีการนำชิ้นงานนั้นๆ ไปใช้เผยแพร่
13. วิดีโอที่ส่งเข้าประกวดต้องเป็นวิดีโอที่ถ่ายใต้น้ำอย่างน้อยครึ่งนึง วิดีโอ split shot ผิวน้ำและใต้น้ำในเฟรมเดียวกันถือเป็นสัดส่วนของการถ่ายใต้น้ำ
14. การส่งวิดีโอเข้าร่วมประกวดในครั้งนี้ ให้ถือว่าผู้ส่งวิดีโอเข้าประกวดเข้าใจและตกลงปฏิบัติตามกติกาดังกล่าวข้างต้น
15. การตัดสินของคณะกรรมการให้ถือเป็นที่สิ้นสุด
16. ในกรณีที่ผู้เข้าร่วมประกวดมีข้อร้องเรียนเกี่ยวกับการตัดสิน สามารถทำได้หลังจากประกาศผลการตัดสินภายใน 3 วันเท่านั้น

Contest Rules (Please read carefully)
1. TDEX Underwater Moment Video Contest 2024 is open to videographer of all levels.
2. NCC staffs (the "organizer"), the judging panel, guest speakers, and those involved in the organization of the contest are not eligible to enter.
3. Submissions must be the original work of the entrant; using others' videos or submitting on behalf of others is strictly prohibited.
4. Videos must be between 15 seconds and 60 seconds in length, with at least half of the footage being underwater.
5. Submitted videos must not contain watermarks or any symbols indicating the owner or editing software/apps.
6. Each participant may submit up to three videos. If multiple submissions win, the participant will only be awarded the highest prize.
7. Qualified entries must convey positive conservation and must not negatively impact marine life or ecosystems. The videographer must avoid depicting provocative violence or stress that could lead to physical damage and/or psychological distress of environment and marine life.
8. Submission video must NOT have been awarded in any other competitions, whether public or private/association contests, prior to the TDEX Underwater Moment Video Contest 2024 final submission date.
9. Videos filmed in restricted areas or featuring specific wildlife must adhere to local laws, rules, and regulations, and must be duly authorized. Contestants must provide valid licenses from either the tour operator or themselves as essential documentation for this contest. Failure to provide these documents, or the submission of fraudulent documents, will result in immediate disqualification.
10. The judging panel may request to see the original, unedited video or consecutive shots. Failure to provide the original footage within a specified timeframe may result in disqualification.
11. Editing of videos is allowed, but the use of AI for creating video elements is prohibited and will result in immediate disqualification.
12. All winning submissions become the property of N.C.C. Management & Development Ltd., the organizers of the Thailand Dive Expo. While creators retain copyright to their videos, the Organizer reserves the right to publish and has the authority to grant use of those videos on online/social media platforms, including those of the expo's allies and supporters. The purpose is to promote the Organizer's corporate image and marketing communication without paying copyright fees to the videographers. The Organizer will inform videographers of the intended uses and will credit them for the use of the selected videos.
13. At least half of the video content must be filmed underwater. Split shots showing both above and below water in the same frame count towards underwater content.
14. By applying and submitting entries for this contest, contestants are deemed to have understood and agreed to comply with the aforementioned rules and regulations.
15. The decision of the contest committee is final.
16. In case of disputes on final decisions by the committee, a petition must be filed within 3 days after the announcement.
