ประเภทของการประกวด :

Macro – ภาพประเภทมาโครนี้รวมถึงภาพ Close up ที่ถ่ายจากในระยะใกล้ที่เน้นที่ตัวแบบที่เป็น Subject เป็นหลัก

Wide Angle – ภาพในมุมกว้าง (ไม่จำกัดประเภทของกล้อง)

Behavior – ภาพถ่ายที่สื่อถึงพฤติกรรมต่างๆ ของสัตว์ทะเลในธรรมชาติ (ไม่จำกัดประเภทของกล้อง)

Talay Thai Award – สื่อให้เห็นถึงความสวยงามและความสาคัญของการอนุรักษ์ทะเลไทย (ไม่จำกัดประเภทของกล้อง)

ไฟล์ภาพที่ส่งเข้ำประกวด :
ต้องเป็นไฟล์ขนาดไม่ต่ำกว่า 1980 x 1080 พิกเซล ที่ความละเอียด 200 dpi ในรูปแบบ .jpg หรือ .tiff เท่านั้น

Contest Materials :
The image file size should not be less than 1980 x 1080 pixels with 200 dpi resolution, and in .jpg or .tiff format only.

เงื่อนไขสำหรับภาพ Talay Thai Award :
1) ภาพที่จะได้รับรางวัล Talay Thai Award สามารถถ่ายด้วยกล้องหรือเลนส์รุ่นใดก็ได้ ซึ่งภาพดังกล่าวต้องเป็นภาพที่แสดง และสื่อถึงอารมณ์ของภาพ เพื่อย้ำเตือนให้ตระหนักและเห็นถึงความสำคัญของการอนุรักษ์ทะเลไทยได้มากที่สุด
2) Talay Thai Award เปิดรับเฉพาะภาพจากผู้สมัครที่เป็นคนไทยเท่านั้น

ผู้ได้รับรางวัลทุกประเภทจะได้รับหนังสือ “The 8th Continent” หนังสือที่บอกเล่าเรื่องราวผ่านภาพถ่ายใต้น้ำ ผลงานของช่างภาพใต้น้ำคนไทย 6 คน ที่รวมตัวกันในชื่อ Deep VI Photography

3. Story - การสื่อถึงเรื่องราวของภาพ (20%)

กฎกติกาในการสมัครเข้าแข่งขัน (กรุณาศึกษาโดยละเอียด)
1. การประกวดการถ่ายภาพทุกประเภทภายในงาน Thailand Dive Expo 2024 เปิดกว้างสำหรับนักถ่ายภาพในทุกระดับชั้น
2. เจ้าหน้าที่บริษัท เอ็น.ซี.ซี.ฯ (ผู้จัดงาน), คณะกรรมการ, Guest Speaker และผู้เกี่ยวข้องกับการจัดการประกวดภาพถ่ายครั้งนี้ ไม่ได้รับอนุญาตให้ส่งภาพเข้าร่วมประกวด
3. ผู้ที่ส่งภาพเข้าประกวดจะต้องเป็นผู้ถ่ายภาพนั้นๆ ด้วยตนเอง ห้ามนำภาพของผู้อื่นมาส่ง หรือส่งในนามผู้อื่นโดยเด็ดขาด
4. ภาพที่ส่งเข้าประกวดจะต้องไม่มีลายน้ำ หรือ สัญลักษณ์ใดๆ ที่แสดงชื่อของเจ้าของภาพอยู่บนภาพ
5. ผู้ส่งภาพเข้าประกวด 1 ท่าน สามารถส่งภาพเข้าประกวดได้ทุกประเภท (จำนวนสูงสุด 3 ภาพต่อ 1 ประเภท) ทั้งนี้ หากภาพที่ส่งเข้าประกวดได้รับรางวัลมากกว่า 1 ประเภท จะถูกเสนอให้รับรางวัลที่สูงสุดเพียงรางวัลเดียวเท่านั้น
6. ภาพที่ส่งเข้าประกวดจะต้องเป็นภาพเชิงสร้างสรรค์ เป็นไปในเชิงอนุรักษ์ และ ไม่ส่งผลกระทบทางลบต่อ สัตว์ และระบบนิเวศทางทะเล รวมถึงภาพที่ไม่ส่อไปในทางทารุณกรรม หรือความรุนแรงที่ส่งผลกระทบต่อจิตใจ
7. ภาพถ่ายที่ส่งเข้าประกวดต้องไม่เคยได้รับรางวัลจากการจัดการประกวดภาพถ่ายโครงการอื่นมาก่อน ไม่ว่าจะเป็นการประกวดในเวทีสาธารณะ หรือการประกวดภายในของสมาคม ชมรม หรือองค์กร ทั้งนี้ ภาพถ่ายดังกล่าวหมายรวมถึงภาพที่ถ่ายในองค์ประกอบที่ใกล้เคียงกัน เช่น การถ่ายภาพในครั้งเดียวกันหลายภาพ การเปลี่ยนองค์ประกอบของภาพเพียงเล็กน้อย การเปลี่ยนภาพจากภาพสีเป็นภาพขาวดำ การคร็อปภาพใหม่ ทั้งนี้ให้ถือเป็นดุลยพินิจของคณะกรรมการตัดสิน
8. ภาพที่ถ่ายในสถานที่ควบคุมพิเศษของแต่ละประเทศ หรือเป็นภาพสัตว์ที่ต้องได้รับการอนุญาตเป็นพิเศษก่อนทำการถ่ายภาพ ผู้ส่งภาพเข้าประกวดจะต้องส่งหลักฐานใบอนุญาตของบริษัทนาเที่ยว หรือของผู้ถ่ายภาพ มาประกอบในการส่งภาพเข้าประกวดด้วย ทั้งนี้ หากไม่มีเอกสารใบอนุญาตมาประกอบ หรือพบว่ามีการปลอมแปลงเอกสาร ไม่ถูกต้องตามกฏระเบียบในประเทศที่ทาการถ่ายภาพ ทางคณะผู้จัดงานขอตัดสิทธิ์ในการส่งภาพเข้าประกวด
9. ภาพที่ส่งเข้าประกวดจะต้องเป็นภาพที่ถ่ายไว้ในระยะเวลาที่กำหนด ดังนี้
   9.1 ประเภท Macro, Wide Angle, Talay Thai Award จะต้องเป็นภาพที่ถ่ายไว้ในระยะเวลาที่กำหนด คือ ตั้งแต่วันที่ 18 เมษายน 2566 ถึงวันที่ 17 เมษายน 2567
   9.2 ภาพที่ส่งเข้าประกวดประเภท Behavior เป็นภาพที่ถ่ายไว้ในระยะเวลา 5 ปี คือ ตั้งแต่วันที่ 17 เมษายน 2562 ถึงวันที่ 19 เมษายน 2567
10. ผู้ที่ส่งภาพเข้าประกวดจะต้องส่งภาพต้นฉบับ (ภาพก่อนทาการปรับตกแต่งภาพภายใต้กติกาที่กำหนด) มาพร้อมกับภาพที่ส่งเข้าประกวด (โดยแยก Folder ให้ชัดเจนระบุว่า “ภาพต้นฉบับ”) ในกรณีที่คณะกรรมการตัดสินภาพมีข้อสงสัยสามารถเรียกดูจากภาพต้นฉบับได้
11. การตกแต่งภาพ
อนุญาต ให้ดำเนินการได้ภายใต้ข้อกำหนด ดังนี้ :
   1) ปรับแต่ง color temperature, brightness, dodging and burning, sharpening, contrast, toning, slight color adjustment และ conversion to grayscale ได้
   2) ลบตะกอนได้ แต่ไม่สามารถลบสิ่งอื่นๆ ในภาพได้
   3) คร็อปภาพได้แต่ไม่เกิน 40% และเมื่อคร็อปภาพแล้ว ขนาดของไฟล์ภาพต้องไม่ต่ำกว่า 3,000 x 4,000 pixels (อนุโลมเฉพาะกล้องประเภท compact)
   4) การปรับตกแต่งภาพมากเกินจากที่กล่าวมาข้างต้น ให้ขึ้นอยู่กับดุลพินิจของคณะกรรมการ
และไม่อนุญาตให้ดำเนินการ ดังนี้ :
   1) ห้าม ลบ ตัดต่อ แปะ ภาพ บางส่วนจากภาพอื่นมาใส่ในภาพเดียวกัน
   2) ห้ามการถ่ายภาพซ้อน Double Exposures
   3) ห้ามมิให้มีการปรับแต่งภาพด้วยการใช้โปรแกรม AI ในการเพิ่มองค์ประกอบภาพใดๆ (หากตรวจพบจะถูกตัดสิทธิ์จากการเข้าประกวดทันที)
12. ไฟล์ภาพที่ส่งเข้าประกวดที่ได้รับรางวัลทุกภาพ ทางคณะผู้จัดงานถือเป็นกรรมสิทธิ์ของ บริษัท เอ็น.ซี.ซี. แมนเนจเม้นท์ แอนด์ ดิเวลลอปเม้นท์ จำกัด ในฐานะผู้จัดงาน “Thailand Dive Expo” โดยผู้บันทึกภาพยังคงเป็นเจ้าของลิขสิทธิ์ภาพของตนเองอย่างสมบูรณ์ ทั้งนี้ ผู้จัดงานมีสิทธิ์ในการเผยแพร่ และมอบอานาจในการใช้ภาพถ่ายและชิ้นงานนั้นๆ ในสื่อต่างๆ ทั้งสื่อสิ่งพิมพ์และสื่อออนไลน์ รวมถึงสื่อที่เป็นพันธมิตรและสื่อสนับสนุนการจัดงาน เพื่อวัตถุประสงค์และประโยชน์ในการประชาสัมพันธ์ภาพลักษณ์ขององค์กรและการสื่อสารการตลาด โดยไม่ต้องเสียค่าลิขสิทธิ์ให้แก่เจ้าของภาพถ่าย ซึ่งผู้จัดงานจะแจ้งความประสงค์ พร้อมระบุชื่อเจ้าของผลงานทุกครั้งก่อนที่จะมีการนำภาพถ่ายนั้นๆ ไปใช้เผยแพร่
13. ภาพที่ส่งเข้าประกวดต้องเป็นภาพที่ถ่ายใต้น้ำเท่านั้น อนุญาตให้ส่งภาพ split shot ผิวน้าและใต้น้ำในเฟรมเดียวกันได้ แต่ภาพที่ถ่ายจากทางอากาศ (Drone) และภาพถ่ายจากบนบกเหนือผิวน้ำไม่สามารถส่งเข้าประกวดได้
14. การส่งภาพเข้าร่วมประกวดในครั้งนี้ ให้ถือว่าผู้ส่งภาพเข้าประกวดเข้าใจและตกลงปฏิบัติตามกติกาดังกล่าวข้างต้น
15. คณะกรรมการขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการย้ายภาพที่ส่งเข้าประกวดผิดประเภท ไปอยู่ในหัวข้อประเภทที่ถูกต้อง
16. การตัดสินของคณะกรรมการให้ถือเป็นที่สิ้นสุด
17. ในกรณีที่ผู้เข้าร่วมประกวดมีข้อร้องเรียนเกี่ยวกับการตัดสิน สามารถทาได้หลังจากประกาศผลการตัดสิน ภายใน 3 วันเท่านั้น

Rules & Regulations
1. TDEX Underwater Photo Contest is open to all professional and amateur photographers.
2. TDEX Underwater Photo Contest is not open for NCC staff (the "organizer"), judges and guest speakers of TDEX.
3. Each qualified image must be self-taken by the contestant. Application and submission on behalf of others is strictly prohibited.
4. Qualified images for this contest should not contain any copyright, logo, sign or watermark.
5. One contestant can only submit 3 images per category, and can only win one prize or prize package per one category only. Any contestants who are eligible to receive multiple awards will be offered the highest prize only.
6. Qualified images for the contest should present positive conservation, and must not affect marine lives as well as ecosystem. They should not present provocative violence or torture leading to psychological effects.
7. Participating images must not be awarded by any competitions before, whether public or private/association contest. This includes photos with similar composition, photo sets taken at the same time, image composition changes (even slightly), image color changes to black and white and new image cropping. Qualified images are subject to the final consideration of the committee.
8. Photography of restricted areas or specific wildlife must comply with and receive approval by local laws as well as rules and regulations. The contestants are requested to submit licenses of the tour operator and yourself as a compulsory documentation for this contest. Failure to do so and/or fraud documents will lead to immediate disqualification.
9. Qualified images for this contest must be taken in these specific periods.
   9.1 Macro, Wide Angle, Talay Thai Award : Qualified images must be taken during 18 April 2023 – 17 April 2024
   9.2 Behavior category : Qualified images must be taken in 5 years, during 17 April 2020 – 19 May 2024.
10. Every contestant must provide the original image (without any image adjustment techniques) together with the qualified image file in a folder with the clearly marked “Original image” file as a reference for the committee.
11. Photo retouching
ALLOWED :
   1) Color temperature, brightness, contrast, dodge and burn, sharpening, saturation changes, tonal Adjustments and color balance.
   2) Removal of backscatter, but not other elements.
   3) Maximum 40% Cropping. And cropping the size of the image file should be no less than 3,000 x 4,000 pixels. (Exceptions for compact cameras only.)
   4) Approval of over-retouching is subject to the final consideration of the committee.
NOT ALLOWED :
   1) Cutting, pasting and photoshopping of image parts/sections from other images.
   2) Double exposures.
   3) AI generating program/application with any parts of images. (If found, the image would be immediately disqualified.)
12. Winning images become the property of N.C.C. Management and Development Ltd. However, the copyright belongs to their respective photographers. The Organizer reserves the right to publish, and has authority to grant uses of those photos in printed and online/social media, including those of the alliances and supporters of this expo with objectives and benefits to promote its corporate image and marketing communication without any copyright fees to the photographers. The Organizer will inform the photographers of proposes, and give credit titles to them for use of the selected photos.
13. Qualified images must be in an underwater view angle. Images with a split shot (underwater and water surface views in the same frame) are acceptable. However, images taken on ground or by a drone are immediately disqualified.
14. By application and submission of qualified images for this contest, the contestant shall be deemed to understand and agree to abide by the aforementioned rules and regulations.
15. The committee reserve the right to transfer any images to the correct contest category.
16. The contest committee reserves the right of final judgment.
17. In case of disputes on final decisions by the committee, a petition must be filed within 3 days after the announcement.

ขั้นตอนการสมัครและการส่งภาพเข้าประกวด

ผู้สมัครจะต้องกรอกรายละเอียดในใบสมัครให้ครบถ้วน โดยกรอกข้อมูลใบสมัคร พร้อมแนบลิ้งค์ภาพถ่ายผ่านทาง Google Form นี้

หมายเหตุ : ไฟล์ภาพที่ส่งต้องเป็นไฟล์ภาพที่มีความละเอียดไม่ต่ำกว่า 200 dpi ในรูปแบบ .jpg หรือ .tiff เพื่อใช้สำหรับพิมพ์ภาพขนาด 8 x 12 นิ้ว (นำภาพมาจัดแสดงในกรณีที่ผ่านเข้ารอบ) โดยต้องไม่มีลายน้ำ เครดิตภาพ ตัวอักษร หรือกราฟฟิกใดๆ ลงบนภาพ รวมทั้งห้ามเว้นขอบภาพ เป็นสีขาวหรือสีใดๆ
